The CAR-95 GL is simply a modified version of the baseline CAR-95 variant that has an underbarrel grenade launcher attached to it.Īs with its parent model, it is also chambered to fire the same cased 5.8×42 mm round while the UGL can launch a variety of 40 mm grenades ranging from lethal high-explosive (HE) rounds to less-than-lethal (LTL) and non-lethal flare/smoke shells.
